Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error — such as receiving an incorrect or defective item — we will cover the return shipping costs.

After 30 days from delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. A 35% restocking fee applies to all returns made within the 30-day window, unless the item is defective or was grossly misdescribed.

To qualify for a return (unless defective), your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or misdescribed.

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of returning your item. This timeframe includes:

  • 5–10 business days for your return to reach us

  • 3–5 business days for us to process your return

  • 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Central Time). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship to most locations in the U.S.. However, some products may have shipping restrictions or cannot be shipped to your address.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on item availability and selected shipping options. Please note that shipping rates are weight-based — item weights are listed on their product pages and rounded up to the nearest full pound, in accordance with carrier policies.
